I'm glad you quit. I would have told you to do the same thing, once I read where you stated that the job had put a strain on your marriage already.
The job isn't worth it if it's going to hurt your personal life at home. Take some time off and collect a little unemployment and work things out at home and just take a needed vacation of chilling out at the house. :)
No new raises in 2 years? unless you are in like the $18-20 an hour range, just quit, other places will offer more just from minimum wage hikes.
QFT.... any place that doesnt give you a raise for more than one year is telling you one thing " we dont need you and we dont care if you leave"... plain and simple... they may totally need you and just dont realize it, or htey just have no freakin clue how to manage and be able to "maintain key employees".. in which case you gotta leave regardless..
