just had these people move in downstairs below me. 2 adults 3 kids and a dog in a 1 bedroom apartment? is that even legal? they are loud and rude. the kids have the door propped open running around in the hallways making all sorts of racket from 5 am to 1 am everyday.

I assume your in an apartment complex so just report it to them and if that doesn't work take it to the company that owns the complex. If all else fails call the police because I don't see how 5 people and a pet is legal in a 1 bedroom. It's aggrivating as hell that people don't have common curteousy and respect for other people. If I wake up one day and hear about a mass murder in dayton I'll understand why.
