i hate not being able to sleep

so its 3:42, and after staying up 3 outta the last 4 nites... ALL nite, i've been lookin forward to gettting a shizload of sleep 2nite... and all i do is stare at the ceiling of my dorm. God must be ticked at me.

yeah same here, its like i cant fall asleep even if im tired at 11, i just stay up until 3 or 4 at least. i think it may be finals week messing with my head

yeah same here. its 4:51, i havent even yawned yet. DAMNIT!

use to have that problem while in college... it was killing me when i had class at 8am... so i looked around and found out that you shouldn't smoke or drink or eat before bed... only thing you should eat is an apple or something like that... it will make you sleepy like when you eat turkey. Also... don't think about sleep, think abut something else and eventuallly you will fall asleep.
