  • So my engine blew last night.......

so yea, last night my engine stopped running. looks like it over heated but im not sure, steam came out of the valve covers or lower intake cant really tell. It made a loud knocking and well im going to check it out maybe saturday to see whats wrong. Im pretty sure the engine is over with..
im considering doing a V8 swap now. My friend wants to sell me his LS1 but im not sure.. looking for an LT1 and maybe do an LT4 conversion. I'll sure ill still be around tho... so long 3800 series II V6.

That sucks. Build up a LQ motor. Their pretty cheap and have a lot of potential.

Dude that sucks........ I would just look for an LT1, they can be pretty cheap nowadays.

screw the darkside, put a grand national motor in there and be done with it :)

This is obviously a joke, the GN swap sucks to do. build a 3800 for it and put a turbo on it and go that route.
