Hmm, Ive have 2 bank accounts. 1 of them is $534.67 overdrawn and the other 1 is $146.56 overdrawn. This has been building for 2 months, What got me screwed up in the first place was about 2 months ago i thought i had some money but forgot about something else so i withdrew and spent $350 that i thought i had but then i realized too late that i didnt have it and it the course of 7 days i got $250 in overdraft fees, then the next week my car payment and insurance was due on top of me being $250 overdrawn so i ended up more overdrawn, since then ive been going paycheck to paycheck with overdraft fees. Now ive just left my accounts there overdrawn because i need all my money in the next 6 weeks for some personal matters. I wonder how much trouble i can get into for leaving a account $600 overdrawn for like 2 months

your account will get closed. The bank will submit your name to CHEXS SYSTEMS so other banks will know not to open account for you, then your existing account will be sent in for collections and **** your credit score up.
Go to the bank. Tell them you would like to make arrangements to pay them back asap. -

Go to the bank and let them know what is going on and that you do intend to pay them back as soon as you possibly can.
If you have been a customer there for awhile they will understand and will not close it and have creditors come looking for you.
This just happened to me this past month because I am disabled and collect workmens comp. checks, well, they got their computers screwed up and discontinued my payments from September 17th all the way until December 8th. My wife always deposits my checks and takes care of our banking matters, I just use my debit card. Well, she never mentioned that my checks stopped coming, so I was just spending money we didn't have. Well, one day I went and checked the mail and it was a letter from the bank letting me know that I had exceeded my overdraft coverage plan of $800 and that we needed to speak before they went to creditors for help getting the money I owed them. I talked with my wife found out what happened and went to have a word with them about what was going on. They understood everything and they told me (since I was disabled and only got a check every week for $170) to take my time paying them back and not to worry, they would wait for me to pay the money or me to stop making an effort in paying them to take it legally.Comment

I had someone steal my bank card and overdraw me. I went to the bank on the following monday, it happened on a friday night. They had me in the negative $700 range. Started a website and stuff with it....anyway the branch I bank at was dealing with me, doing all the fraud things, while the corporate office was sending me to collections within 2 weeks of the initial overdraw. It took 8 months to have it resolved. Good luck with your problem though....your in a really bad spot, I hope you get it all sorted out.Comment
