Its a Gas Pump Liquor Dispenser. Works perfect and looks so well with all our other car stuff. Almost holds a full bottle of what ever you want. I had to take a couple of shots to finish off the bottle.

My brother in law has one, its quite a bit bigger than that, but it holds 6 or 7 different kinds of liqour, about 3/4 of a bottle per tube..
