I ordered my Pacesetters on the 14th they said they will send a comformation Email but i never got it ? do they usealy take a while ?
Also when i log into thier website and check my order it says the status is NEW? was i spose to recieve a email and responde to it for them to ship it?
Yea, good luck with that one. I ordered a rumbler from them back in March, and i never got no email either. In the end i called them, cept it took about a month to finally get the slippery bastards on the phone. Apparently they were out of stock, which was why they never shipped it (could be the same problem for you?), and i changed my order to something slightly more expensive. Luckly tho, due to a glitch i got my new order for only $30 bucks :banana:

thats so weird that people have had bad experiences with them.
my parents ordered me the rumbler last year, knowing NOTHING about cars. apparently the guys stayed on the phone with my dad for a while, figuring everything out.
then i have ordered other small things from them, and needed to do it by phone to explain a weird shipping address, or shipping it to a different name than the one on the credit card, and they have always been really helpful.

They had the rumbler to me in like 8 days after order online, only bad thing is that the only time I ever used my credit card online was with them and the info got stolen and I got overdrawn from the theft. I would not order online from them again, however, I would gladly order on the phone with them. Great products and company.
