so the local PD got some new impala police cars...but different this time. They aren't just white and black anymore but silver, tan, light metallic blue...all the common consumer colors...not only that but they only have the POLICE banner on one side of the car, and i've even seen a few of them with hubcaps/rims...

so the only ways you can tell that there police is the little spotlight thing (if the POLICE banner is on the opposite side of the car that is)...it sucks every time i see any impala i slow down it's too hard to tell anymore

You got it easy then. Try having to look for New Impalas (both '06+ and '05 n below) Crown vics, Jeeps, Explorers, F-150s, Taurus's, etc... :(

lol Troy has 3 z28s that i have seen on a regular basis
one is beigeish with the banner on only one side like mentioned above
it was on the side of the freeway one day and i almost stopped to see if he needed help, then i realized it was the poleeceman

i saw an early 90s chevy silverado in white that was an undercover cop. I had to change lanes really quick and I cut him off to a certain extent, once i was in front, i looked in my rear view, and saw red and blue lights hidden in his grill. He saw that i had to do it though and didn't get made *whew*

we have a pewter tahoe around here that is completely unmarked and has wheels and no police banner that i saw..?

haha, you guys have nothin bad.... at my university (Toledo), we have so many undercover cop cars its rediculous.

MSU (i go there) uses a couple different tahoes, jeeps, etc too...

atlantic county NJ(atlantic city area) sherrifs got a few zo6s and mustangs...the mustangs are in full police gear the z06s are strait un-marked black we even have a few camaros there z28 but un-marked and with out z decals

alot of the more top end cars like z06's are DARE cars seized by drug dealers or something along those lines, or even donatoed to the police dept. Our local BMW dealer donated 8 BMW police motorcycles to our local PD...
