My roomate has the game and me and him beat everything on expert. I five stared every song but one on hard. I love to just sit back and play that game.
The game kicks ***, we spent like 12 hrs playing it the other night....

Definatley has some good music.... and fun to play on multi player!

being able to hit a colored button with cooridnation of what the screen tells you isn't going to make you a better guitar player in any sense. But what it is going to do, is take away countless hours of your lives that you can never get back to do something else with, and leave you most likely sweating, thirsty, and tired as can be.

Geez bud, way to be a downer... I'll bet in a small way, the game could help you condition your fingers to work independently. I know when I am attempting to play guitar for real, my pinky finger curls up all retarded or flails around clumsy and useless, but I do suck something fierce at playing the real thing, lol.
If you get tired, sweaty and thirsty from pressing colored buttons with your fingers, you should probably be outside jogging rather then playing a game.
With that said, this game is addicting, especially two player coop mode with Bass and Rythum.
meh, i'm finally getting used to playing guitar and changing chords quickly and it's really helped my dexterity with my pinky and ring fingers, especially on hammers and pulls. still addicting as hell tho

Got it for Christmas and I have plowed through the medium and easy levels already, but the hard is kicking my butt. Having trouble getting use to the 5th fret button. I'll get it though.
