im sure it'll sell. malibus are pretty nice cars anyways. i had a 2002 for about 9 months waiting on the t/a to get fixed and it was alright. had a little pep in that 3100 motor, enough to beat a 05 v6 mustang but to me the car just looks ugly. but im then again, i have no kids and can afford to piss all my money away on muscle cars so my tastes are different from someone who needs a sedan.

i have no idea where gm is going with all this crap styling. the malibu was a respectable looking car way back when...

hmm.. not bad.... tho i think GM shoulda added a Supercharger. the old malibu's (as shown above) looks good IMO. maybe not that year but yea. i wouldnt buy the new '08 tho.

Maybe they are following tradition and making the malibu look the same as every other car on the road as it did back in the day. I think you are failing to realize it never stood out back then either, and no one really cared for them even then. Its a family sedan.

^^ that's true...i wasn't around back then but when I talk to my grandma she tells me all the sweet cars they had, but back then they weren't anything special...who knows maybe some day people will talk about hotrodding there 2000 caviliers
