      Re: weight reduction

i dont drink much soda at all. i do drink lots of iced tea (both natural and the sweetened stuff)

i tend to only eat twice a day. lunch and dinner. sometimes a bedtime snack.

i think it would be easier to add exercise to my schedule than rework my eating schedule. breakfast makes me nauseous and being in class all day its hard to find breaks to even eat once.

i do eat too much fast food. be it chinese mc donalds or otherwise. its just cheaper and im po'. i need to work on that.

jogging/sprinting would seem the most attratcitve activites to me since theyre free and relatively easy. i also have a set of weights, i suppose i could work them in later.

im really not interested in muscle mass at all. just dont wanna be a fatty.

thanks again for all the tips, keep em comin.

dude, you sound like me when I needed to lose the weight. I didn't have a lot of money, and I didn't want to change my eating habits. So I grabbed a waterproof walkman and just went jogging every single day after work. 6 months later I was 15 lbs thinner and very healthy. not hard, not expensive, and I got to spend some time outside.
