Here is a little rant:
Tonight was my first night home since I got out of college and spent Christmas Day. With nothing to do than work on various things around the house I decided to go out to the movies with my younger brother. After hopping a few movies we left because lets face it, it was like 23:55. Haha. Well on the way home going down Route 21 near Clifton, New Jersey I get boxed in by some old slow *** vans.
I put on my blinker to move into the next lane when a new-ish Infiniti G35 Coupe (2005/6? I haven't a clue) shows up. I'm patently waiting for him to pass me as I'm talking to my brother. He pulls up right along side of me; he doesn't seem to be move and I'm going wtf-mate. I look over and there are two dude in there flipping me off going "yeah baby what do ya got punk???" Continuously honking his horn. I'm like whatever as I rolled up the windows and on goes the radio. He'd kill me because I'm pretty much bone stock. What does that G35 have? 275, 300 HP Stock? Besides, I have my little brother with me, keeping him safe is more important to me than anything else.
He finally blasts down the highway, so I finally get in the lane to pass-up the rust bucket van. A mile down the way there’s that Infiniti is again... flipping me off… showing off what he has... again. I slowed down gradually to like 45 (speed limit being 65), hoping he'd just go, but sadly he slows down to my speed. So I said the hell with it, and I just sped up and passed him going the speed limit. Low and behold the ***-bag blasts passed me yet again. This time he gets into my lane pretty quick and slams on the breaks. I'm going to myself, "What the hell are wrong with these people? Do they seriously want to damage a nice looking car?" Luckily my exit was just ahead, so I swung on that was soon as I could.
Now here I am cursing myself for being home for the night. Anyway, why must they challenge someone just because they see an F-Body on the road in the middle of the night? Bothers me at times. I’m especially bothered when you see me doing the speed-limit because I'm with my family.
