I thought i would compile a list of options i would personally like to see on the new camaro. So herez it b:
1. Stereo controls on the steering wheel, i hope they continue this. i personally dont have these on my car, nor do i know which ones do but i know its possible and a very good feature.
2. Stereo stays on for like 10 minutes when car turns off-until door opens.. i dunno this is a small feature yet i think its the coolest of our cars.. When i go out to lunch at my work and sit in parking lot, i like to listen to music and look at the clock without having to keep the whole ignition swith to on..
3. Better cup holders? Our cars suck if you have a manual the cupholder on the center console is pointless. Im forced to use the swinging one and when i go around a curve it swings and spills my drink. :(
sometimes i use the ones in the back just because of that. Also i think dodge has a vehicle where the cup holders illuminate.. i dont really care for it, could be on the tacky factor there.. yea now that i think of it, that is just too much i dont want that... lol
4. Indiglo gauges.. its like a new thing now, i want it so we can change the color of the instrument panel.. i believe the new mustangs have this? im sure i will pleased none the less. But im going to miss the classic red of ours..
5. Low traction light.. im sure we will still have it..
6. Better stock shocks.. the most expensive feature that i mentioned, i dont know but the rebound rate or the strength of our original shocks just didnt seem right.. i could be wrong here.
7. One feature that i would like to see (but i know i wont) would be a timer on the head lights after engine shutoff. My jeep cherokee had this, where i would turn my engine off and the head lights would stay lit for like a minute, by the time i made it in the house and what not they would cut off.. Has a GM product ever had that one?
8. Hope they still continue with the plastic guards at the bottom for jacking the vehicle up.
9. The V6s are 5 spds and not the 6spds right? give us a better transmission then the T5. Also i dont know what GM offers now transmissions wise, but the autos should still follow the corvettes..
10. Remote keyless entry on all base models.
Thats all i can think of right now. I know a lot of these are just small things but they do add up. i mean if you take at some of these car manufacturers where they have the A/C trunk, refridgerated glove compartment and the removable dome light?! They are trying to get more innovative then ever.. No need to put these in a sports car but jeez its getting interesting every year. Anyone have comments, questions, complaints? or want to add anything?
