Anyone use a smartphone?

I'm posting from my cingular 8125. I like it a lot but I can't find aim for windows mobile 5. Its pretty cool. I'm trying to see if I can do a background that won't be affected by the grayed out screening that windows mobile has. Anyone have any ideas?

good luck with it, and dont install too many programs or it will do like all the other MS products do...randomly reboot...I had one and went back to a good ole phone simple because I was tired of the BS that you go through with ms...hope you have better luck with WM5 though...I had the older version.

I've got the motorola Q from verizon...

pretty good phone, it has the windows media player... internet explorer. i had to upgrade the memory tho (1GB), becuase of the music,pictures,games,AIM,Yahoomessenger,ICQ,progra ms.. etc. i uploaded onto it.

word i got mine all set up with cingular pay as you go and stuff. I like it a lot. I'm tryiing to get a cracked version of tomom gps navigation.

pocket pc phones are great - bulky, but great.
right now i'm using a torq n100 that uses WM5. check out the pocket pc section of www.board4all.cz ... you'll have to register and very little is in english, but you'll quickly find value in it.

Yeah, that really isnt a smart phone, its a pocket pc. Smartphones are not touch screen, stylus, etc.

I have the cingular 8125 and love it. I use for my work calender, its great for texting, I have a 12 gig memory card and use it as an mp3 player. The camera is not very good on it though.


I wouldnt say the iphone makes everything obsolete, but it does look pretty sweet.
