Re: official Pats/colts & Saints/bears thread.
I'm gonna say saints vs the colts, why, well I'm from louisiana and though not much of a saints fan after being disappointed most of my life I would like to see them win just once. If they do even get to the superbowl next year they will suck royally again because their head will swell. I have to remind myself though that nobody is better than snatching defeat from the jaws of victory better than New Orleans.
For the Colts I'm just wanting Manning to win so everyone will quit saying how much he is due. I really can't stand that crap either.
My picks have nothing to do with actual analysis of the game, strategies, or the players and is just as good as the overpaid commentators who over analyze EVERYTHING and have led to this game becoming too complicated.
If the S.B. comes down to the saint's and colts here will be the number one question asked by any commentator/interviewer to an "important" member of the winning team..
After everything that has happend in the last few years what does it mean to you to win a superbowl.(or some variation) The answer really doesn't matter it will be a jumble of crap.
Anyway the saint's can't win (life as we know it would cease to exist when the universce collapes in on itself)so I'm going with the colts.

god hated them. dan marino had his chance....and joe montana showed him the exit. :wavey:
fyi
montana > all.
being due means, he's been so close for years now. he has a good team and as the last few years have shown, in due time things will fall your way. look at the eagles, they played in what? 3 consecutive nfc championship games and then finally made it to a superbowl. manning is better than marino ever was,he'll dust all of his records and win a superbowl along the way.

If that were so, then why didn't the Saints win last year when Katrina happened?
Saints to the S.B. then onto Disneyland........and for everyone who thinks the Saints are America's team, Tom Bensen called, he wants his team back. (< anyone see that interview?)
