I guess that's why they went on strike. And why some NASCAR teams started testing Hoosiers.

Is there another website with more pictures of this COT? From the looks of it from the angle of the picture I'm looking at.......it makes it look as though it will be more difficult to draft thus making it unnecessary to rub against the back of a car causing a little less damage to the rear end.

You already looked at this page on Jayski.com ? I took some at work if there is a specific part you want to see, maybe I have a pic of it.

If you are wondering if the front air spliter is going to get messed up on someone's rear bumper, it won't. I will go right under it, the bumpers are the same height.

Oh, alright. Yeah I hadn't seen a picture of the rear of the car yet so I was wondering if it would go under or not.

Uh, did you know almost all the other race series use a wing also? Here's a GTO in the Grand Am Series... http://www.grand-am.com/CONTENT/Phot...sa800-0007.jpg Maybe you should re-evaluate your definition of "rice".

Quote of the year candidate "They are to call it ricecar racing instead of NASCAR" I think that's where the sentence starts and ends.

I have to agree with Rob here. Wings are more effective at air management, and most other racing series use them. If the wing was huge, ugly, and ineffective, then it would be rice. It's not like they tacked on a whale tale 6 ft over the decklid and never painted it.

Well lets call NASCAR and tell them 96greenmachine wants them to halt production and not use the COT for anything, i'm sure they'll be really interested to hear that you think its "rice".

I pose this question to you, when the wing on a car is actually functional, is it rice?

I think the lower front valance is ugly and looks retarded. The wing doesn't look bad and should help stabalize the cars on the super speedways.

More Busch testing tomorrow and Tues. Gonna be there Rob?

I start work at 3 tomorrow, but Wed I don't work until late so I could stop in around 3-4.

I close Mon & Tues... 12:30 to 7:30 and then I'll be in the projection cave on Wed, so no daylight for me.

Check you're email, I'll send you my cell #.
