$2.5k~2k cash on the barrel. may be a lowball figure, but replacement parts for car/yr specific aint that cheap.

        I agree...it's got a 350 right? hows the paint?

the stuff it needs will be kind of expensive even if you go junkyard parts

500 max IMO all glass, used interior stuff, and with the cheapest tire possible still isn't going to be cheap

Its going to be hard to find the rear glass for that. And if you do find the glass it will be expensive. If you're not will to put some good time and money into the car I suggest looking for maybe a 3rd gen cuz parts are easier to come by.

In my opinion, you need to find one that is a little more complete. You are going to spend way too much money to fix that one.

                Keep looking.

start low & "haglle w/him if he needs more. These cars are worth a lot, and a car w/a good exterior is worth a LOT more than than one w/good interior but a rust bucket.

btw, take a felt covered magnet & check the rear qtr panels jsut behind the wheels, as this is a high cancer spot.

It is a hobby. I'm sure when you are having fun and rebuilding a sexy machine such as that, money should be no object to a certain extent.

Start out at a $500 offer and then see where it goes. Do not go anywhere near $2500 though. I would say walk away from it if he even tries to get you for $2000.

True, assuming that he has the funds available to drop into it.
