Don't know about you but there is a difference between daily commute and what I have done to my car in the past. Not to mention there is a large portion of my car that the factory engineers had absolutely zero plans of putting on my car.

QFT!!! having fun driving a car doesn't include racing all the time, racing off the stop light, doing donuts and burn outs all the time, etc. besides, hot rodding a car is all fun and good if you can deal with and afford the repairs and not come on a message board all ranting and upset because you toasted your motor. ( Technically i have no idea why his motor is finished and this is not directed towards the thread starter)
but I will say this, abusing a vehicle is fine by me because it means good business at work :naughty:
actually not really my fault being that since ive had it i drove it liek 4 times... i only put about 30 miles on it so yeah dont think cuz im a teen i beat it and kileld it.. the **** i bought it from was an asshoel and treated that way.. i never knew until the motor got torn down... everythin is **** its all ****ed up... but whatever u dont have to be a **** and say oh ur a teen why do u have a nice car... i bought a **** car and made it nice... with my money and time my parents didnt buy it ... so yeah.....

I wasn't really directing my comments towards you, I know that you have taken a car and made it better and thats cool. but like I said, not directed towards you.
yeah i am to... that pissed me off...right when the 3.4 is allmost done andi can almsot drive it... it ****ign sucks now i have to wait a week for the motor im looking at....then wait until i get all that in there and running :( uhhh

Sounds like the person that sold it to you just did some *temporary fixes* to make it look like it was running good or something... Point: sounds like you got hosed tommy, what a scam, sorry.

He hasnt even tried to troubleshoot it or find out a problem.
Dont be so quick to condemn an iron engine just because it doesnt start!!!
There are sooo many things (variables) that will keep an engine from starting.
People should run a diagnostic (compression test, etc) and not just throw parts at a
car hoping it fixes it!
Just two weeks ago I was convinced I spun a bearing... turned out to be just a really loose rocker arm
These are good strong reliable engines. I would know I put mine through HELL!!!

its not cuz it wont start ...the internals are are banged up ..i spun a bearing in the corsica though :( i have ****y luck with cars

ehh for what its worth, I "hotrod" and beat my car pretty bad and for the most part still runs ok... well the motor at least. Pulls strong and runs smooth. I just run into 10-bolt and tranny issues...
