Ok, this may sound REALLY stupid, but here it goes.

Was with a girl for a while, met her in school. Im out of school now and working (too much if you ask me)

Where the hell do I go to meet new people? Not old enough for a bar or anything like that. It was a lot easier in school when you knew who was a skank, who was shady, stuff like that.

it all depends on how much juice you have... lets attempt to quantify your options:

0-2 the internet (message boards, chat rooms, etc - can require a little effort depending on what you're shooting for)
3-4 friends of friends, church/singles groups, workplace (fishing off the company pier is a bad idea, but you see these girls every day)
5-6 approaching fresh faces in public places - coffee shops, malls, movie theaters, concerts (similar interests get you extra points)
7-10 well.. you wouldn't be asking this sort of thing on a v6 fbody message board.

indicate which (if any) seems most appealing and we can dig deeper

go to a book store. you can tell what kind of girl she is before you even talk to her by the book she is reading!

1. Find local girls through myspace.
2. through friends
3. Just get out of the house. Find a cute girl and talk to her (aka ask a lot of questions, don't talk about yourself, and pretend to be interested in everything she says. oh and compliments, lots of them)

i disagree with speedingfirebird. SCREW the weirdos on myspace. but DO get out of the house and meet girls thru friends. thats the best way to do it.

Kroger, i work there and you wouldn't believe the number of hot girls that come in... one asked for some help with some yogurt the other day, i told her for her number i could probably get some out of the back... we went on one date the other night, but she was kinda weird. Anyways... the only problem... men don't go to the grocery so you can't tell if they are single or not.

I didn't say hook up with weridos. There are a lot of people on myspace just looking to network because they are too shy to go out, don't know the hang outs, etc.

An ex fiance and an ex wife I should know that but I guess I'm just looking for more abuse. I think it's better to stay introverted and not go out and meet anyone def avoid the inevitable hassles later on.

Work, depending on where you work, etc

When I was old enough to go to bars it was easy to meet people.

If you're not old enough yet, friends of friends is probably the best place. Throw a party for some of your friends and tell them to bring some people with them.
