how long for hptuners?

how long did it take them to ship hp-tuners to you? i ordered it last wednesday and haven't even got a shipping confirmation or tracking number...do they even send a tracking number? i emailed them and they said "your order will ship out in a few days" that was 5 days ago

my hptuner upgraded cable took forever. They finally sent a code to me in an email and it arrived 3 days later. It took mine like 2-3 weeks to finally come which I was kinda pissed about. Whenever you get the code and such in the email means they shipped it out that day and it will be to you in like 3 days.

They are not really on top of it if you ask me when it comes to shipping the cables out

I guess it doesnt matter if you've already gotten email from them then

they took FOREVER to get it to me. i emailed them twice. after i got "the email" it still took a few more days to get the package. if they say it can take up to 14 days, it will take 14 days even if you live down the street.

yea, i guess i was speaking more in terms of the software and tuning parameters.

as great as they are....there is room for improvement.

i wanted them to ship it sooner because i accidentally shipped it to the wrong address. i shipped it to my grandparents vacation home, (right across the street) and i wanted them to be able to accept it while they were still down here :(
