I'm a high school senior and I am applying to colleges. I would like opinions from people on where I should apply. I've already applied to Maryland University but I'm also looking at Frostburg. Anybody have opinions on these two places or have any other suggestions cause I really don't have any idea whats good or bad here.

I would second the UCF thing, I'll be there in a few years for engineering, I think. Like he said do your research. Try and get an idea of what you want to do, if you don't know then knock out all the prereqs and core subjects, then when you do know figure out which school is best for that area. Frostburg sucks. It's in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing to do but drink and hang out with average looking slu.ts.
Maryland is a HUGE party school, you can find a party any night of the week very easily.

Well, every school that I look at have engineering and business programs, which is what I am interested in. I've talked to people are read some studies that show that it doesn't really matter where you went to school (Unless its Harvard or something) you will still have about the same job opportunities.Originally posted by SpeedingFirebird
