University of Kentucky has a great engineering college. I love it... there are so many job fairs that show up... last summer i worked in west virginia for awhile. Good experience.

As far as campus and area... North Caroline is pretty nice, but about the same as UK. Tennessee is okay. Georgia's campus sucked in my opinion. I really liked Florida's Campus and Virginia tech surprisingly. But all of this is opinionated. Your best resource is the INTERNET. Just search around.
