Yeah, I have went crazy I guess you can say, but when your wife leaves you and takes your daughter away from you, it kinda makes you a little crazy.
Just be the first to call a lawyer... and a good one at that... and make sure she doesn't know you're a "pill popping alcholic" or you won't get joint custody. If she is "crazy" then maybe you can make a case out of her being nutso and get your daughter.

First of all I am a man. Secondly, you don't even know half the story. I am not a pill popping alcoholic. I take the pills that I am prescribed. I didn't take the 12 pills, I was just wondering if it would have been enough to take away some of the pain that I am feeling.
My wife steals my pills and puts them up her nose. She has serious issues and does marijuans, meth, and just about anything else she can get her hands on. I finally got fed up with the entire situation last night when she left with some people we were supposed to go out with. We had a baby sitter and all, and what do they do, tell me to go lay the baby down to go to sleep, and by the time I get back into the living room they were flying down the street on the way to the bar to leave me stuck at teh house watching my daughter (which I have no problem with). Well, what really pissed me off is when I went back into the bed room and noticed my wallet was out of my pants pocket and open on the dresser. I looked into it and there was 100 dollars missing and then I went into the medicine cabinet and my pill bottle was missing a good number of pills that I am prescribed to take (pills that I need so that I'm not in pain and don't have panic attacks.) and they were gone. Well whenever they finally got back home they were all messed up (go figure) and I told her that it was over and I couldn't continue to live like this so I grabbed my daughter and my car keys and headed for the door. Well, knowing I have a bad leg, my wife came and grabbed my daughter and then went on to push me over on top of my leg............I could have went to sleep and some how managed to get over it like always but then she crossed the line when she told my daughter "We will find a new daddy that loves us, because your daddy doesn't love you", and then went on to tell me that I better not jeopordize my daughter's well being like that again. And now she has taken my car/daughter/ and house and says if I show up she will call the cops

I think its horrible that just because people live in the same house, the other party can steal anytime without any negative legal obligation.

Did she leave you because you're a pill popping alcoholic with no common sense? Yeah, solve all your problems by offing yourself you selfish bastard. You need to grow the **** up and realize that your daughter, no matter where she is located is worth more than you and deserves you to be there to assist her through life. You're obviously a worthless ****up. At least try to be there for her so that her path in life is better than your own. That's called being a man, *****. Seek some mental health assistance as soon as possible.
You don't know crap about me dude. I don't pop pills. I take what I am prescribed.
As far as alcohol, I drink on special occasions and rarely drink beer. I'm not going to off myself, because that would just be stupid. I was just looking for something to do to take away some fo the pain temporarily that way I could try and take my mind off the situation just a little. I love my daughter with all my life and would never jeoprodize her well being, and I will always be in her life to help her make it through. I just have to find a way to get her mother out of her life becuase it's not helping the situation any.
Have you ever seen a mother be able to yell at a 21 month old child as if she was yelling at an adult. Yeah, it's not helping any. My wife has problems, but she won't seek help for it. She has her entire family fooled because she puts on a show for them and trys to act all happy when around them. Her mother knows that she has an anger problem though, but doesn't know about her drug usuage or anything like that.
what does she think will happen if she calls the cops?
She was going to call the cops because I was inside my house. :S She said that they could make me leave and then she would put a restraining order on me so that I coulldn't come anywhere near the house or my child again.
