yeah, in all honesty bro, you need to part ways with her. meth isnt something that you get over. once youre hooked youre hooked for life and the person will usually drag everyone around them down with them in their downward spiral. the best thing for your daughter is for her to not be exposed to that kind of thing. do what you have to do to.

It's ok, while my sister and I were in the house today collecting some of my belonging to get by for the next few days until I can get a police escort back into the house, I used my sister's camera phone to take pictures of bags of paraphenalia (that had meth in them) pictures of my flushing marijuana (but that will be held admissable) and then took a picture in her medicine cabinet of pieces of pills that had been cut in half and the razor blade she uses to chop the pills up, so we are going to see in a few days if they have changed any bit.

Also, it will all end here shortly because I told her that I want my car back, she said she will take me to court over all of this, and the first thing my lawyer is going to say is..............."It would please the defense if we could sustain a drug test from the complaintant and hold recess untill results"

So in the end it will all be ok, it's just this waiting part that has me flipping out, becuase I miss my daughter so damn much, I only got to see her for like half a minute today.

She was going to call the cops because I was inside my house. :S She said that they could make me leave and then she would put a restraining order on me so that I coulldn't come anywhere near the house or my child again.

you want to know a funny thing i learned about restraining orders? say she gets one. then a week later, decides you can come to the house and whatnot. at that point the restraining order is null and void and she cant get another. at least thats what it is here in ohio.

If there are drugs in the house.. then everyone knows about them.
If that happens, then everyone is guilty.
I would call an officer and ask.
Just call the non emergency number and they will have an officer call you back
and answer alll the questions you need answering

It goes the same way in MS. But, I doubt she will actually go to the police to get a restraining order because she has bad history with the police. The only positive side she has in this situation is that her family is very rich and have many connections in the state that can pull strings to their favor.
But the only thing I can see doing (which I hate to even pull it out of my bag of tricks) is calling her mother and telling her that her daughter is a drug addict. But, by doing that, I know it will kill her inside.

I'm really pullin for you on this one... good luck with everything... i know the feeling of bad gf's putting on shows for everyone to make them seem all sweet and innocent, then turn into raving lunatics behind closed doors... its a ****ty thing to go thru.. I hope it all turns out for the best for you and you get to raise your daughter in a drug free and safe environment...

i would def. get a lawyer if i were you... see what your options are and how to come out in this the best. you need to start now though, cuase from what ive seen, in divorces the wife always wins. its not fair but its just how it goes...

I know how you feel. But first of all you need to do what is right for your daughter. If the inlaws get hurt...well part of it. I have gone though my own troubles years ago. But when I took control of my and my kids life, things got better, hard but better. I got the kids and was able to bring them up as I see fit. Now they are great kids, good grades and hard workers. The thing you have to remember is from this point on, do what you have to for your daughter and everyone else gets what they get.

You don't know crap about me dude. I don't pop pills. I take what I am prescribed.
As far as alcohol, I drink on special occasions and rarely drink beer. I'm not going to off myself, because that would just be stupid. I was just looking for something to do to take away some fo the pain temporarily that way I could try and take my mind off the situation just a little. I love my daughter with all my life and would never jeoprodize her well being, and I will always be in her life to help her make it through. I just have to find a way to get her mother out of her life becuase it's not helping the situation any.

Have you ever seen a mother be able to yell at a 21 month old child as if she was yelling at an adult. Yeah, it's not helping any. My wife has problems, but she won't seek help for it. She has her entire family fooled because she puts on a show for them and trys to act all happy when around them. Her mother knows that she has an anger problem though, but doesn't know about her drug usuage or anything like that.

Simmer down. I'm not the one coming off like a 14 year old emo kid. oMg!1! Find a solution instead of *****ing. She's an addict, and doesn't give a **** about you, call the law. Have her ***** *** arrested for child endangerment. That would get your kid back quick fast if you are serious. I'm surprised your lawyer didn't already advise you of that. If you don't really have a lawyer, you might want to jump on that ****. I really see alot of namby pamby whining and not enough action on your part. Man up. Grab what remains of your sack and do whats right. Get the arrest on drug charges and tell mommy and daddy what a little angel she is. Oh, and stop having sex with her. Drug addict, that will ditch you to get ****ed up with other people? Yeah, she's cheating on you and gonna give you some creepy crawlies. I want to make sure this is crystal clear. DO NOT **** HER ANYMORE. Your life is already enough a Jerry Springer episode. Don't need to add std's in the mix. I'm interested to see where you go now.

I refuse to coddle someone without common sense. Call it a character flaw. So far this guy has threatened suicide, then came full circle to say that he would never do anything of the sort. He needs some sense beat into him. He brought the situation upon himself.
