Re: new firebird member
its second shift start. kinda helps out in bad weather if youre stuck in snow. DONT USE IT WHILE DRIVING
current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it

Re: new firebird member
I wouldn't do that if i were you .........after all it DOES control the transmission somewhat.... what it does is that, when you're driving your car in heavy snow or rain , it shifts the transmission to 2nd gear instead of 1st gear and accelarates ....in result, you get less wheel spin but i have never used it..... it's not really that effective so, my advice would be to keep it turned off and dont' bother with it if you want your transmission to live longer....

Welcome! :wavey:
To answer your questions F-body is the chasis code for a camaro or firebird and you can find out more about your car by looking up the codes on your drives door in our tech database.

Haha, i read that first post, and i'm not used to people putting periods after abbreviated words so i kept stopping the flow of the sentence mid way thru and it was messing me up haha..
Anyway, Welcome!:wavey:
Car looks nice, i'm sure you'll be doing a lot to it as most of us have found ourselves addicted to doing.
Have fun!:)
