    Hi! :wavey:

I'm new here also. Congrats on the Firebird. One of the best parts of being a Firebird driver is that all Comero drivers are jealous of you.
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

100 bucks wont do much, give it a good tune up.

                    - Whisper Lid or save the funds for something else and get a Home Depot Lid.

You'll like the sound of your car much better and you'll notice a little better performance.

                    - Cut the nostrils (ie, Ram Air using a standard hood):

                    - Raise the air box up (you can use some washers or plastic spacers from Lowes). You'll need to get slightly longer screws.

took the firebird for a good ride last night . first time i took her up to a hundred. i had her in 3rd doing 70 and steped down on the pedal. the rpms climbmed up to 5000rpms and i was up to 95mph in no time . the at 95mph the rpms went back down to around 2500rpms and thats when i relized i had alot more pedal to play with , so i put her down again and she wanted to go . i hit 1 hundred and i had to let off .[ public road and alot of traffic]. i did love the way she responded . cant wait to she what she really has under better road conditions.wondering at what speed the govener comes on.
