I agree on the Mazda and Subaru statement, but have you seen the new altima? It's pretty nice. The maxima is nice also, but cars like that are starting to push how much power a production FWD car can put to the ground.
I just checked out the new Altima. I like it. It's subtle changes, but it really helped. I'll take that one out of the fugly list. :p. And the Maxima is the wrong class. It should be the Sentra and Altima, I messed that up.

Ah, good catch. I didn't even look at that. That's good to know. That means they are saving the LS2 for the new goat :) Am I right?

and i would kinda say the g8 would be more of a competition for the charger and crysler 300
My point is, since they don't offer the LS2 in the top of line G8, they must be saving it for something better, like a new goat. One could hope :p. Then again, they could possibly offer a 2 door coupe G8 GXP with the LS2 and just never return to the goat.
