Well I thought I would let all of you know the wife and I finally got our new assignment to Luke AFB in Phoenix AZ. 4 long years here in this crappy place known as Anchorage, and we cant wait to get back down to the lower 48. We leave in 3 months. Oh how we miss things like ...Sonic, waterparks, warm weather, a nice thunderstorm, pretty much everything, but most of all we miss our Corvettes and the EL Camino. They have been storing them back in New Mexico this whole time. Alaska in a nice place to visit, but you never want to make this place home.

Our last day here is June 29 so probably mid-late July due to travel time, and we will stop back home to pick up our other rides. How far is Surprise past Luke? Also do you know what the nearest drag strip is?

Yup I love the fact I can now ride in the winter.
Speed World is 10-15 minutes from my house. I'm about 5-10 minutes away from Luke.

Don't get me started on some of the back country hick names and names after there sisters and first cousins that other people live in , every state has them what the hell is Lansing( thought that was a speaker company).
