did you have your turn signal on? That will make a big difference in the accident report, especially if the other driver can confirm it.
Then again, she probably wouldn't confirm it. If she could she wouldn't have hit you. Good luck!
i actually have been having real big problems with my turn signal...but fortunately, its my right one that doesnt work. so i did have my (working) left turn sigmal on. i even asked her if she saw it and she was like. "duhhhhhhh, i didnt see it*. yea, obvs not.
in reguards to "Call the cops"
In alberta Canada anyways, you must call/notify the police within 24 hours if the estimated damage done is greater then $1000 (to all vehicles involved).

what if you cant tell? what if its like, exactly 1000 dollars but you think its like, 999? haha
Bummer! I had some Z71 towing a trailer pop me in the rear side a few months ago. I was stopped right in front of him and he was pulling out making a left turn. He kept looking right for a break and even though there was this big black Camaro 10 feet in front of him, he slammed on the gas and hit me. It was so blatant that I even had time to roll forward so he only hit the rear quarter instead of the door.

sorry to chime in late... but you didn't call the cops. OUCH... all she has to do is disagree with your statement and then you will have all sorts of problems. Call the police even if its a fender bender.

You don't NECESSARILY have to call the cops if the other driver gives insurance information and driver's license #, etc.
Sorry to hear about the wreck, I know what it feels like to be in a wreck that's not your fault. Oh, btw, a lot of times they can tell from the estimate what happened. Good luck.

Is MA a no-fault state?
That sounds exactly like my wreck, and the same amount to fix. KO'D quarter panels are NOT GOOD. They had to weld in a new quarter and I needed a new rear bumper cover of course. Stupid biotch was pulling out of Pet's Mart with a dog in her lap and hit me. I was just cruising along at the speed limit. Men driver's are crazy and get in more wrecks, but women pull the stupidest ****.

NO NO NO, call the cops. My brother got hit and the guy gave him all sorts of information about insurance and license. Then when he called about the insurance the guy said that it wasn't his fault and they ended up in court.
