Got my car back today and...

I got ****ed over...last July I had the hood/front clip repainted...paint never settled and had blue stripes :(...the guy FINALLY takes it back to repaint this feb. after putting me through 6 months of bull**** of not returning my calls and post-poneing every weekend.

I get it back today and the ****in front GFX is missing...he said he took it off to repaint and it 'fell into 3 pieces'...he then states he will not get me a new piece, and that's my responsibility...

so after waiting 7 months to get my car finished for a job that should have taken 2 weeks I now have to go out and buy a new piece...

It sucks being 19...no one takes you ****in seriously

I know what you mean man, it ****ing sucks being 19, when I go to test drive cars they just about won't let me, most places have lost business because of it. And when it comes to car repair/mods they almost always try to **** you over thinking your a typical dip **** that doesn't know anything, its gay as hell. I can go to war, make babies, drink illegally, drive a car, buy a house, buy a rifle, but I can't be taken seriously, not every 19 year old is stupid and immature. O well, I'm done ranting. Sorry for the *****'s BTW get the 98+

if i'm getting ****ed over...I was leaning towards the rk style or the 98+

someone on here has the rk front on their pre97 and it looked good

yea srr about the rant...just love my car too much to have it get screwed over. The kicker is I called the guy 4 times today, then called him on my dads cell and the guy picked right up

Just call and tell him your going to bring him to court. Even if you dont plan to. That should get him to reconsider. Im pretty sure if something gets broken while in the hands of him, hes held liable. (judge judy days) but i can easily be wrong..

threaten him with court, I think you will have a gfx in your possession that way the quickest. He is liable for it, not you as it was on the car when you brought it in

The thing is it's not a business, just an individual and I made the mistake not requesting a recipt

I currently have a lawyer, so I suppose I could threaten...
