Your El Tee Juan has a better intake manifold that flows 96895875 times better than the 3.8 manifold. I wouldnt worry about it if I were you bib.

Plus all the people who have backfired with nitrous, it was our own fault:

Kristen = didnt purge
Me = no window switch

usd2sing backfired his too, but he was pioneering VERY large single shots of nitrous, he was just doing some testing and such.

just don't play with something if you can not afford to pay for the damage. Like spraying your DD that drove you 45min to the track and is suppose to get you home.... not a smart idea

how could you not purge? thats the best part about having nitrous, is seeing the cool purge streams go into the air :)

only reason why i didn't purge is because i moved my stuff around and we never rewired the purge yet. STUPID. oh well. i learned my leason.

mike, i was really pissed, but soon as i got back to where you guys were i feel better pretty fast. and yes i was very close to chucking my keys a cross the lot. i also asked mike to order me a tb. so as long as we can crash at your place i will still come up this weekend. i can't wait to see mikes trans am!

Im gonna drive my DD 3 hours to two tracks in April and spray it every run :o We dont have much of a choice out here, all the 1/4 mile tracks are a 3 hour drive in each direction :(

isn't the insulation under the hood suppose to put fires out? It is suppose to fall on the engine and smother the flames I thought, as well as keeping engine bay noises lower. At least that's what i always thought and why I have left mine on
