Concur. 20" is over the top. My USAF nephew put them on a Caprice...
I lived in SD for 20 years, and DC area has as many latinos now. where there is work, they will go (and out-work lots of my white brethren I know)...
As for cultural bias vs car styling, it is a rainbow. I am old-skool hotrod myself, but love all the lowriders I saw in 'Dago.
