    Re: is this illegal????

it would be impossible to prove that the seller knew that it had a rusted brake line

            Re: is this illegal????

if its from a dealer you would think they would have to check the car out enough to know it had rusted lines.. go to the dealership and try to get them to fix it.. it couldnt hurt

yea, i'd say if it's at a dealer, you could go back there and they should fix it, unless they don't care about there reputation

                    Most dealers wouldn't give a ****. ... there's a saying in their buisness: "tough ****".. i think.

On the other hand, you should know.. what with all your law experience ;)

lol...jerk-off...I don't see the connection but...

I once bought a $200 truck at a dealership, they were very nice to me b4 and after the sale bc they want more business from me in the future...give it a shot, if not...tell all your friends not to buy them (maybe mention that to them too and they might change there mind)

Let me reword that then: "You should know, what with all your experience with the law and all ;)" Better? :D

I still think tho, that since they sold her the car with the rusted everything, theres no way they'd go back on the deal. If they were that "nice" then they wouldn't have sold her the rust bucket in the first place.
