You should bring a KBB print out showing the retail value of a 35th anniversary Camaro at $20,000 and its trade in value at $16,900 and see if you can't work with them on that price...

Wow, that's sweet! One of my ex-students just bought one of those. It had 55,000 miles on it and I think he paid around $18,000. Take everything you can with you: kbb values and other autotrader/ebay ads that have them going for less money. Good luck Marc! Hope you get it. :)

if its the dealership im thinking of, they always have the nicest fbodies and vettes in their showroom, i drove past it almost every day on the way to school. i dont think they have any problems selling the cars for pretty close to their asking price. good luck march, let us know how it works out!

Hey everyone. Sorry for not answering the posts...I was at work this evening.
Yes, it's at Bryner Chevrolet inside the front window. I was accepted for my loan that I applied for, and I'm going there tomorrow morning with a 25k check in-hand. My offer is for them is simple...take it or leave it. I'll be there about 9:30am. Kristen, are you working tomorrow morning? I may need a ride to the dealership just incase they accept my offer :) j/k, I have a ride already.

The car is red, it just looks orange from the sunlight and the glare on the window. It is absolutely spotless though. I went over that car's suspension, engine bay, interior, checked the engine oil, coolant, looked for any typ of leaks, -everything- meticulously and she's flawless! Even the rear Pinion seal isn't even leaking...yet!

There is a similar model for sale here...2002, SS, 35th Anniversary, Auto, Convertible with 65k kms (40k miles). Asking price seems high at $33,000 (Cdn $) but these things are always negociable at dealerships here. I could never afford this.

I would drive it on the weekends... And drive it how it should be driven! Fast! lol. I wouldn't use it as a DD though. Anyways, good luck with the purchase! I hope everything works out for you!
