        As somebody said earlier, you can get on that list for pissing in public. I know a guy who had to register on that list for being nude in public and getting caught, 3 times

          oh dear God i hope you're not serious! dude, that list is there to protect people! if he's killing livestock (a decent horse costs big $$$) to have sex with them, what if he started taking his interests back towards people? it shows that he's violent and mentally disturbed, and the reason he's on the list is to point out to people that he needs to be watched closely incase he tries something...
