this is in response to my previous thread about me driving an lt1 for the first time... so my parents go out today and buy an 03 corvette, so of course i had to drive it...like everyone said, the power was incredible, but delivered much smoother than the lt1. i loved every second of driving that car...i hate to say it, but i might like it more than the camaro/birds...:drool:

I don't care what anyone says corvette>f-body they are so smooth and responsive. Though I do feel they are a little more tail happy, even without getting on the gastoo much.

But still fun and great cars. My dad needs to get tired of his vette and sell it to me dirt cheap.

O, ok. I was going to say.....if you can get that thing for only $3K, why not get the C6 for $33k. Heck, I'd buy them both just to resell one of them. I thought that was too cheap to be true :P Anyways, enjoy it man (even though it's not yours :P ). Maybe bring it down to Vero Beach one day and let me have a go in it :D

this brings me back to the time when i drove an 05 c6 vert 6 speed, that was a good day... going like 55 in 6th was practically idle, i cant really imagine really opening it up, its trans was kinda ****ed up though, but still sweet!

yeah...my dad said he took the c6 for a drive and just couldnt believe the power...he was doing 40 and punched, accelerated to 70 and he was in the seat the whole time :drool:
