    Wake up this morning, my bike is gone, lock cable cut...

    I get to walk to class!!! YAY!!!

        i keep mine inside... it's a Giant though... anyone could steal it and easily sell it for 800$'s... not even knowing they could sell for much more...

          In St. Louis, bikes are like lighters. Everyone buys one at somepoint, but they usually just get passed around

                    best part was it was my dad's bike...a pretty nice and fancy one...oh well, he'll be happy lol

                      the only way to keep your bike safe around here is to take off the nuts and the wheels... some people tie the wheel and bike up to the railing. Thats kinda stupid in my opinion since it takes awhile to do. I'd rather just walk in weather like we have today.

                        I had an ex who had her bike stolen... like said tho: people will steal anything. Especially if they're italian.

                          that was your first mistake, put a lock on something and people will steal it, leave it lying around like it has no value or at the curb to be picked up by the trash guy and it will never go away!
