I can't help but to do the same.

I would seriously consider keeping that car off the road till you know whats wrong with it, or at the very least keep the nitrous off. There is a much deeper reason why its doing this, and $4 in parts isn't the solution. Do it right and find out why it is doing it. Throwing parts at it will not fix anything.

the camaro will be fixed by thusday. the part was a little too small so i ordered on. it's still cheap. that is all that is wrong with it! everything else is done. the nitrous will be fixed and won't be hit again till i know it's fixed.

so thanks i am doing it right!

sorry no bikini pics. it's 75 and sunny and i just washed both of my cars so that does mean that i am in a bikini right now!!! lol. sorry boys have to pull up the old pics.

Move the nozzle and retune it.

Did you replace the MAF and MAP sensors the first time you popped it? Are you replacing them now?

I know you have heard this before from many others, but I would move the nozzle after the maf and retune it. I think you will have better results and less chances of backfires. Thats just me though. Good luck Steve

                        Re: did it again

Is there a way to test your TB? Do you have access to another TB?

maybe you have some sort of hesitation, on the TB(thats what I don't like about this drive by wire crap, it does have some lag normally, and maybe its getting worse)

Are you spraying to low? IS your window switch working right? Do you have a nitrous flow problem? can you post some bikini pics? nitrous solenoid opening and flowing right?

                          Re: did it again

I haven;t looked at nitrous stuff on our cars in awhile(since I killed my tranny, n/a)

But I really was not a fan of the before the MAF setup... buy a spare TB for like $50 drill and tap it.

I was thinking of maybe even, getting a "similar" MAF that is not incorporated in the TB, and putting it in a more traditional spot. Then making a block off plate for the TB, then tap that for a nitrous nozzle.

That made me think of something. Kristen, your WOT switch is still ghetto rigged under your gas pedal correct? Check that out and make sure it hasnt moved causing you to spray way too early.

                            Nice and subtle

And yes, check your nitrous solenoid as well.

all it takes is a little heat soak or a little too much bottle pressure to make a nitrous solenoid plunger stick closed.
