well, I didn't get hit hard but my account was hacked. Just emails sent to a bunch of people in a foreign language that I can not read. really creepy seeing all the sent messages I did not send. I guess it's only befitting the Ahole of the board gets hit :D

Reminder for everyone, reset your account and email passwords tonight.

Anyone else sell **** on ebay?

I've tried on my new account, and everytime this one scammer buys my item...try's to get me to send it to Nigeria after he sends a fake paypal payment.

He's won 3 of my auctions now, and I haven't sold the item nor have I gotten refunded for the listing/selling fees...

I sell stuff all the time on ebay, no problems here. What kind of stuff are you trying to sell that they want it sent to Nigeria? If it is video game stuff then yes they always hassle people with video game posts.

            It was an iPod...

I took a break from ebay for a year (used to sell all the time w/ no problems until someone got my bank account and stole $3,000, got it all back tho)

I haven't tried to sell anything else yet...

Sellers beware, call Paypal if your not 100% sure about a transaction...believe it or not they have a really helpful customer service.

              Anyone else see ebay today?

Everything is in a new format...it sucks, the old style was 100x better...this one is frusterating and hard to use.

Watch out for phishing scams too. Once I clicked on an email that looked real and it went to ebay, i logged in and my feedback said zero and then I knew what had happened . Changed my passwords right after that.

LOL... people still falling for that...

Scammers need to die. Never mind Iran and N. Korea, the real jerks we should be bombing next is Nigeria.
