I feel stupid for asking this, but what are the top two spices in the world sold....

My mom wants to know to win some prize, and the question is what two spices are sold the most in the world...I'd say salt/pepper but that sounds too easy, I've searched and can't find anything..I can only find the most expensive spices...help a brotha out.

I found several sources that say pepper is #1. I can't find #2, but I would say that salt is a good educated guess

I bet salt is not considered a spice. From wikipedia: A spice is a dried seed, fruit, root, bark or vegetative substance. Salt is a mineral.

mustard? WTF uses mustard? I have never popped the seal off the mustard in my spice rack.
