so i have a 96 teal blue camaro. its completly stock :cry: , except the exhaust. A4. i want to switch it to an M6 soon. its got a few problems here and there, it runs hot, like really hot, it sucks down fuel like candy, and the body is not in the greatest condition, but for a 96 at the price i got it, its sweet. so anyway. my story. i was cruisin today, and a mitsubishi lancer came flyin by me doin about 80 on SR408. then a c5 after him, they were racing i presume, so i decided to join. i caught up with the evo, and he got off the highway, then i caught up to the c5, did about 90 past him, and it was on. after about 5 miles of racing in traffic, doin close to 100 the whole time... i beat the c5. he rolled up next to me, and asked what i had under the hood. i said stock, and man was he pissed. a c5 losing to a stock maro. i love my maro.:bowdown:

stupid and BS...no way ur beating a c5 on the highway with ur v6...sorry to ruin ur dream...a stock z28 isnt gonna touch a c5

Im gonna say this nicely since you are young and new here.

1. We dont allow kill stories on this board
2. Dont drive like an idiot and race in traffic at 100 mph
3. If you are going to tell stories about beating Corvettes with a stock 3.8 that doest even run 100%, you better have some proof or really thick skin cuz everyone will call you a liar

where can i find one of those. all i can find is crazy superchargers that have to be bolted on by mechanics tuned and all that, is this one of those, or is it a simpler set up.

It was a joke man....DO NOT GET THEM!!!

All Forced Induction (Turbo's and superchargers) are complex and expensive...

Bolt's and Nitrous are your best bet

oh. thanks. would a 100 shot of NOS be too much for a stock 3800. i dont know anything about nitrous or our engine for that matter.

75 usually is the max (taking it you have a full exhaust and intake)
