so i have a 96 teal blue camaro. its completly stock :cry: , except the exhaust. A4. i want to switch it to an M6 soon. its got a few problems here and there, it runs hot, like really hot, it sucks down fuel like candy, and the body is not in the greatest condition, but for a 96 at the price i got it, its sweet. so anyway. my story. i was cruisin today, and a mitsubishi lancer came flyin by me doin about 80 on SR408. then a c5 after him, they were racing i presume, so i decided to join. i caught up with the evo, and he got off the highway, then i caught up to the c5, did about 90 past him, and it was on. after about 5 miles of racing in traffic, doin close to 100 the whole time... i beat the c5. he rolled up next to me, and asked what i had under the hood. i said stock, and man was he pissed. a c5 losing to a stock maro. i love my maro.:bowdown:

besides beating a c5 with a worn 3.8l, I also like the fact that the lancer magically changed into a evo.

A stock 3.8l beating a C5....thats a good one. Strap all the camera's you want to a car, either 1, he was caught in traffic, 2, he wasn't really racing, or 3, you're just full of s***. Im guessing 3.

Previous to your arrival there was a "kills" section devoted to racing stories. That has since been "killed" because I think the general consensous is it's stupid, life threatening to people around you and yourself. Common sense should tell you these things but some people got two helpings of stupid and none of smarts. Really dude as many people that die in cent fl needlessly you want to be a statistic? it's on you, I feel sorry for the friends and family that will have to remember you that way.

no. when i was growin up, b4 i cud drive, you f*ckin fbody owners would race past me and my family, which wanted me to try. but one day one of you f*ckers, in a black 00 maro, ran smack dab into my grandma. look at the orlando meet post that i started to find out what f*ckin happened to her. so now you know why i do what i do. just feel like giving back what i was given. :D
