imo its part the owners of the other cars faults... who is dumb enough to park near the exit/finish line, everyone guns it and loses it the most there to make up that last little bit of time.
thats why the place I autocross with sets up like 50cones trhough the finish line, and make it tight with a turn and each cone you hit counts against you.

It's the organizer's and course designer's fault. You should be prepared to have a car run off course on turns and a straight away like that. If the lot you are using can't provide a safe track layout and enough room for the people and cars then you shouldn't be using that lot.
I'm wondering how insurance is handling this. Most companys wouldn't pay out since it was a racing event.
Still trying to find oil leak on my Camaro, it’s a tough one. I think it is the oil pressure sender myself. Leaking when raving and going into boost....
