if you want speed and power, get a LS1. If you just want the look, get the V6

i don't know. they are a decent amount more than a regular firebird, plus more gas and more insurance. i mean i will look into it of course but i dunno thanks for all the help so far you guys rock.

The gas won't be that much more and the insurance won't be that much more, but if you buy the V6 you are gonna want the V8 that much more.

From the sounds of it, it seems he is still in his teens or low 20s. A V8 will cost a hella lot more than a V6 on insurance, especially if he is in his teens.

exactly... Who in their right mind would get a v6 fbod over a ls1 when they could afford both.
