not really sorry to hear that honestly dude... i've ALWAYS hated neons w/ a passion. All my friends used to drive them (until EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM WRECKED!) and even when they drove i hated them with a passion that i ususally only reserve for crossfires or prizms. They had 3 freaking gears! 3!!! THREE!! welcome to 1955! i dont know of ONE car (other than the prizm) with only 3 freakin gears! they sound like balls, they have SERIOUS NVH problems with the interiors, the blower motors go bad commonly and start a god-awful screech, the seats are stiff and uncomfortable, the rear doors had manual windows (even with the power window option), they're quick off the line but lack ANYTHING at highway speeds, the engine is loud and buzzy (the ENGINE, not the exhaust)... i could go on for days... my blood pressure is thru the roof right now.... i cant believe diamler chrysler ever sold them and i cant believe people bought them...
well, if she meant alot to ya dude, then i do feel bad... i get crap for liking a slow v6 camaro all the time, but she means alot to me for other reasons... i'll still say that imo you're moving onto something better (it isnt hard to go from rock bottom)...

As for trying to deal w/ manual and my knee..... I'm not getting any younger.... and why put myself through the pain of shifting?

That is why it is gone.

The E-Class is for my fiance..... every now and then I will steal it.

As for what to get next..... I would be very happy if it was a 6 cylinder that gets around 30 mpg.... we shall see.
