Thanks! I've had my car going 5 years now and gone through too many sets of tires, sets of breaks and rebuilds to remember. I wanted a LS1, but bought her mainly because I couldn't find an affordable insurance company at the time...I could afford the car but not the insurance. I guess that was partly my fault.

Sexy car. Get some clear corners for the rear and some clear side marker lights. And then get some blackouts for your tail lights and it will be "teh sechs"

Yeah, I've had her for many years and frequently visit this board to info. I decided on my headers because of here and figured LSD was a worthy mod too. I never had an urge to join because I didn't think my services or knowledge was needed. Seems like most of the members here could handle everything. I did searches for all my information. If I couldn't find it here, I'd figure it out myself or find it somewhere. Since I've done a lot of the work myself and can put a lot of input for other newbies...I figured why not. I lived in these cars and basically know them inside out.

As stated I do most of the mods myself and maintain every aspect anally. Some of friends call me an extremist, but hey, I feel your car shows what kind of person you are.

I've added a SLP fan switch, rebuilt the tranny and the rear end, redid my brakes and zainoed her to death. So yeah...ran her at the track 14.8ish with a trap of 98mph (only had one run and it was an ugly launch)...that was about 2 years ago and haven't ran her since. I don't drive hard and seeing I only replaced the water pump on a relatively stock L36 at 236,000 miles...that's a statement all on it's own.
