OK, here is what you need to do. Go purchase MOther's claybar or Meguiar's claybar, after washing the car with dish detergent, use the clay bar. Next, if the paint is in decent shape, wax the car with your preference. Alot of people reccomend meguiar's NXT or gold class, some people like ZAINO. If you want Zaino, then you will have to order it online. I like turtle wax ice, but whatever you get make sure you take your time. You should spend atleast 4-5 hours washing and waxing your car... thats just the outside. Clean the windows, wipe down the dash, put some protectant on it to make it shine. Clean the wheels really good, including the wheel wells. Vaccume the interior.
Now move onto the engine bay... go to advance and look at all the products available and start cleaning everything.
