Natural Spring Water VS. Purified Water

I buy one of these (30pc) every 2 weeks. Now, which one is better? I personally think purified water (i.e. DAsani) tastes better but the spring water is natural. Which water is better?

It's all water... Around here, the tap water tastes exactly like purified water, and there have been tests showing that our tap water is cleaner than some bottled waters. (wierd i know) But i like the taste of purified better..don't know which is better for you though if any.

I usually drink tape/bottle water at home. These water usually i take to school, clinical, work, car etc. taste wise it's always different who likes what. But technology wise which one is better? is it better to take some crappy water and purify them? or take some spring water which has more minerals from nature but could be contaminated?

Natural spring water FTW. Purified water still has additives/crap in it.

I think distilled water tastes the best, but too much of it can make you sick.

FYI, bottled water is not regulated by the FDA ;)

if the water company bottles and sells it in the same state there is no regulations to test it.....only interstate.....in other words....the chances that dasani is ur tap water is pretty good.....at least u get a nice bottle ;)

I like bottled water better than tap, but maybe that's cuz the tap water everywhere I have lived tastes like a combo of rust and chlorine.

Dasani adds salt to make you more thirsty so you'll drink more.

we did a study in chem two years ago... Tap was pretty bad, Dasani was ok, Aquafina was ok, Nestle wasn't even as good as tap, and the best was water from tap and using a brita purify

The best water I've tasted and can't get enough of is my Fiance's tap/Brita combo...amazing! It chills and tastes like your drinking from a ice cold fountain. I'm Natural Spring...but I fill up a bottle at my Fiance's whenever I can.

all i drink is water, so if i had to pick between the 2 i would say Purified Water (i.e. Dasani). but we just do the filted pitched water at my house.

Spring water tastes 10x better....it even says on the purified bottles 'minerals added for taste' yuck...either way, I usually add in some crystal light to-go.
