They're Just Jealous

Well, went to work today, and all was fine. Come out of work and hear some hissing. Someone decided to slash my two passenger side tires!!! I have no idea who did it. One guy claims he saw someone do it, but that person has damage to their car as well, which makes me think it wasn't him. I think I've narrowed it down to 3 people, hopefully I find out who it was. I tried to call the police, but it was too late, so first thing tomorrow morning they're getting a ring. I didn't check if there was any other damage cuz I was so pissed, but hopefully nothing else is messed up. I reported it to the manager and they say if they find out who did it, they're immediately fired, and will be reported to the cops, so if they're 18+, they'll be seeing some jail time along with buying me new tires. One of them was pretty new which is what pisses me off even more.

that sucks... either way if you find out who did it you're getting new tires... get a different brand than the other two, so you get a full set. might take some fighting but oh well... new tires=D

Where do you work at? Maybe they have security cameras in the parking lot and it caught it on tape. Back in my Target warehouse days we had cameras in the parking lot and we had this guy that had messed with somebody's car, went back and looked at the tape and they caught the guy. Hope it works out for you, and you catch the guy guilty and make it him pay BIG time.

Well, right then I had no idea who did it, there was only 1 person who could give me a ride home, and he was ready to leave, and I reported it to my manager, as well as the security (I work in a retirement facility place as a waiter), and they said they would check it out and call the cops. I got talking to a few others, and we narrowed it down to 3 main "suspects". And there are no cameras in the parking lot, that was the first thing I asked.

I think I was almost in your shoes as well. I was cleaning the car the other day and on the side wall I have two marks... with deep gashes. Not enough to go through the tire, but huge chunks taken out. No damage around the marks and I haven't hit anything. Look like someone took a screw driver and tried twice to slash it. Lucky me I guess. It may be the same ****er that egged my car. I haven't made any enemie or even friends in this apartment complex. Some people think I'm wealthy and don't understand that I have a decently nice car because I worked my *** off for it. It wasn't purchased for my by the parents. No problem with that, but I think thats the impression they have.

Yeah man, it pays off. Me and my best friend were working at six flags last year and there are absolutely no cameras and one light post in the whole parking lot. Well, one night we show up at his Jeep Cherokee (the ones with the big back windows) and well, there was no window. Had been broken and no one heard or saw anything and the rent-a-cops that work there didn't do anything about it. It sucks but they have that big old sign at the entrance that says "we're not responsible for any damages or theft to your vehicle" I think it is unfair but hey, what can you do.

Well how could you hold six flags responsible for something like that? Unless it was them who did it i suppose...

Its like this stupid guy who drove his massive truck into the ceiling in the garage at work.. said he'd sue us... the height is clearly marked throughout, hardly the hotel's fault you jacked your truck up 2 feet... :slap:

i was driving out of a gas station and high centered my ss (you know those mounds with the metal lids that feed into the underground tanks).

it ended up breaking a poorly done weld on my flowmaster catback last night.
i already had it replaced with a better magnaflow muffler, but i think i'm going to complain to the gas station after reading this...

God, that sucks... this is why I'm getting the Viper alarm with a remote pager installed on my Eclipse tomorrow. I'm even getting a motion sensor that will sense if someone is walking around the car. If someone's messing with my car, I'm gonna know about it at the exact time it's happening. Sorry to hear about that..

Funny thing is, there's 3 of them at my work I just pulled my shock sensor out and turned the sensitivity up alot (almost all the way) Anyways, I got 4 new Falken tires, they were a B-Day present from my grandparents. 245/50's all around. Still, I fell I should get some $$ for the damage or something.

could be them mustang drivers. Three mustang drivers probably walking together going past a f-body :rolleyes: of course they will try to do some sh*t to the camaro (or bird w/e you have). I say watch 'em carefully.
