Yeah as of right now it's a twice a month visit for me. I get her every other weekend. And it's so much bullcrap because Out of the rest of that month my mother in law has her probably 95% of that time, while the ex goes and does whatever it is she does. It's almost as if she doesn't want to be a mother.

I can honestly understand your feelings with this, but you need to read over what you originally posted and edit it. My mind works on the side of Sysadmin's and what is usable against you. Some things are great to vent about here, somethings need to be vented about. But with that you need to remember you are going through a divorce.

Edit it so your not liable and neither are we by having to turn anything over. (slim chance, but still, safe)

Also, this is just my opinion, but you need to just worry about you and your daughter now. Little ones have only their parents to do what's best for them, this is now solely on you. Do right by her, she still has a mother, but you need to protect her also so she can grow up correctly.
